Overview

The first mile and the last mile decide the whole journey.

Sea and air get the attention, but every shipment starts and ends on a truck. A late pickup misses a vessel cut-off. A clumsy last-mile loses the customer. We treat road as a first-class service, not a tail-end afterthought, with our own coordinator pairing every job to the right vehicle and carrier.

For domestic Vietnam, we have a vetted partner network covering all 63 provinces — FTL, LTL and 24/7 port drayage at Cat Lai, HPH, Da Nang and Cai Mep. For cross-border, we move daily between Vietnam and China (Lao Cai, Mong Cai), Laos (Lao Bao, Cha Lo), Cambodia (Moc Bai, Xa Mat) and Thailand via Cambodia.

What sets us apart is discipline at the touchpoints: empty container availability tracking, on-time pickup compliance, GPS-monitored long-haul, and POD captured digitally on delivery. Boring stuff — but it's where shipments quietly slip.

Why BCOLogix for Road

Three places where
most road shipments go wrong.

Anyone can put a truck on the road. The difference between a good road shipment and a bad one is in the pickup window, the long-haul discipline, and the proof-of-delivery process.
01

Vetted carrier network

Every partner carrier passes a vetting checklist — fleet age, driver SLA history, insurance limits, GPS compliance. We have backups on every lane so a single carrier breakdown does not derail your shipment.

Vetted, insured, GPS-tracked
02

Cross-border specialists

Cross-border moves fail at the border, not on the road. We have in-house brokers at the major Vietnam land borders and direct relationships with carriers on the China, Laos, Cambodia and Thai sides for clean hand-overs.

Daily moves on all 4 land borders
03

POD & transit discipline

GPS on long-haul, geofence alerts on stops, e-POD on delivery. You see the truck location in real-time and get signed digital proof-of-delivery the moment it discharges. No more chasing drivers for receipts.

What is the difference between FTL and LTL?
FTL (Full Truckload) means the entire vehicle is dedicated to your cargo — direct from origin to destination, fastest transit. LTL (Less-than-Truckload) means your cargo shares the truck with other shippers — cheaper but with consolidation/deconsolidation stops. Break-even is usually around 8-10 tons depending on lane.
Which ports do you cover for drayage?
All major Vietnamese ports: Cat Lai & Hiep Phuoc (HCMC), Cai Mep & Thi Vai (Vung Tau), Hai Phong & Lach Huyen (Hai Phong), Da Nang and Quy Nhon. 24/7 dispatch for urgent moves and dedicated chassis for reefer with GenSet.
What cross-border lanes do you serve?
China via Lao Cai and Mong Cai (daily). Laos via Lao Bao and Cha Lo (daily). Cambodia via Moc Bai and Xa Mat (daily). Thailand via Cambodia (transit), or via direct sea-truck combo for higher-value cargo. We have in-house brokers at every major land border for clean clearances.
How is road freight tracked?
All long-haul vehicles carry GPS — you get a live tracking link with the truck plate and driver phone. We set geofence alerts on key stops (pickup, border crossings, delivery) so you're notified as the truck reaches each milestone. e-POD with photo and signature captured at delivery.
Can you handle hazardous goods (DG) by road?
Yes — ADR/IMDG classified DG handled by certified drivers in dedicated DG-compliant vehicles. Class 1 (explosives) and Class 7 (radioactives) require special permitting and lead time; Classes 2-6 and 8-9 handled regularly. MSDS review and proper labeling included.
Do you offer cash-on-delivery (CoD) for B2C?
Yes — CoD collection nationwide across all 63 Vietnamese provinces. Money remitted to your account within 3-5 business days. Returns and refused deliveries also handled, with photo evidence of refusal reason captured at the door.
