Most of what goes wrong in freight forwarding isn't about the freight. It's the missed cut-off, the customs query nobody chased, the handoff between two departments that never spoke. Our team spent 20+ years inside that problem at large forwarders — then set out to build the operator we always wished we'd worked with.
So while the company is young, the people are not. Every shipment is handled by someone who has done it a thousand times — but without the bureaucracy, the inbox tags and the “that's another department” that slow a big forwarder down.
